All active Resset projects are RERA registered before being advertised or made available for booking. Project RERA registration numbers are available on request and can be verified independently at gujrera.gujarat.gov.in.

Buyers are encouraged to review RERA project documentation before entering into any Agreement for Sale. Under RERA, buyers have specific rights including compensation for delays, access to project accounts, and recourse through the RERA authority in the event of a dispute.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resset Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

For disputes relating to a specific property transaction, the dispute resolution provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and the relevant Agreement for Sale, will apply.
